Massage Therapist - Part Time

Compass Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Massage Therapist (MT) to support the Optimize the Human Weapon System (OHWS) program at Joint Base Andrews. This part-time role focuses on improving pilot performance and readiness through specialized massage therapy.The MT will provide individual massage therapy sessions to fighter pilots on a regular basis, ensuring each pilot receives one hour of therapy every two months. The therapist will optimize scheduling to maximize benefits, prioritize those with the greatest need, and focus primarily on addressing neck and back pain.The MT will also perform evaluations for all pilots—an initial evaluation within 90 days of contract start, follow-up evaluations at least every six months, and more frequent assessments for pilots with ongoing issues. Collaboration with the Strength and Conditioning Coach will be required to adapt therapy for pilots with specific concerns.The MT must comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as Air Force, DoD, and professional massage therapy practice standards.Job Duties:Provide massage therapy sessions to fighter pilots, ensuring each pilot receives one (1) hour of therapy every two (2) months.Perform initial evaluations within 90 days of contract start and ongoing evaluations every six months (or more frequently as needed).Optimize scheduling to maximize therapy benefits and prioritize pilots with the greatest need.Focus massage therapy on reducing neck and back pain, improving posture, flexibility, range of motion, and addressing soreness or muscle tightness.Communicate with the Strength and Conditioning Coach regarding specific concerns and adapt therapy accordingly.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and professional standards.
