TEKsystems is an Allegis Group company.Role DescriptionAt TEKsystems, marketing is about understanding the customer— building awareness about how our services can satisfy their needs.We’relooking for a versatileSeniorGraphicDesignerwhoiscreative and understandsthe importanceofmanagingandmaintaininga brand.TEKsystems is looking for a talented Senior Graphic Designer to join thecreativeteamas a full-time employee to lead in the design,developmentand production of the creative.Theywork with the marketing team to developvisual stories that support the TEKsystems brand and business goals.A successful candidate must be aquick-thinking, creativeproblem-solverwhodemonstratesa high levelof independenceas well as a team collaborator.Theability to execute motion design& animationis a plus.The SeniorGraphic Designer will lead a broadrange of initiatives and campaigns, including traditional, digital, social and print,as well as provide creative support for leadershippresentations.ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:

Understandhow toeffectively use visual storytelling to support business goals.

Oversee design projects from conception to delivery with minimal supervision.

Possessthe ability to effectively generate, conceptualize and pitch ideas to team and leadership.

Show high levels of integrity, passion and commitment, as well as steady strides in building relationships; understand the importance of living the core values.

Haveprovencreativity and design skills for print and digital.

Possess a strong understanding of the brand (voice), business (strategy) and industry.

Be detail-oriented in all steps of the processandtake initiative in suggesting how/when to make improvements to general processes that better theteam.

Displayahighlevelof general skills: writing skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, initiative and problem-solving.

Know how to communicate with the design team and across functional teams,manage up when a problem arises,beattuned to the office surroundings,and know when toshare ideas and information.

Require minimalhelp from Leadershipon how to problem-solve andleveragecritical thinking skills.

Require minimal project management from Leadership to stay on schedule.Understand how to create timelines that incorporate the work of multiple functional areasandsuccessfully orchestrate the project through completion.

Thoroughly read all contentin order toprovide innovative design solutions in support of the overall project goals andobjectives; have a firm understanding of the brand style and provide design and assets that reflect it.

Havethe acumen and confidence to work directly with senior leadership; know how/when to effectively push back and/or keep the process moving smoothly.

Understand the differences between marketing channels and the best practices in communication and design for each.

Stay uptodate on current industry trends.Proactively research industry trends and competitive landscapes to learn new tools, new skills and new aspects of marketing and design.

Partner with manager to oversee external agencies and vendors.

Manage internal client expectations and relationships.

Be adaptable, competent, motivated,ambitiousand creative.

Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Take on administrative and other tasks as assigned.

QualificationsMinimum Education/ Abilities/ Skills:

6+ years of agency or in-house design experience

Bachelor’s degree indesign,visualartsor relevant field

Portfolio of completed design projectsfor print and digital

Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus.

Strong attention to detail

Proficient at meetingdeadlines

Ability to collaborate with the Creative team

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Strong prioritization,organizationand project management skills

Knowledge ofmotion design &animationwould be beneficial

Salary will be $69,000-$104,800 based on experience + annual bonus based on performanceEmployees also receive a benefits package including a 401(k) company matched retirement savings plan, paid time off and holiday pay.
