Summary:Ensures and lends direction for implementing the complete suite of design verification and validation efforts for HTL products.

Description:Ensures and lends direction for implementing the complete suite of design verification and validation efforts for HTL products; to include reliability testing & MTBF prediction, stress screening, and failure analysis. Proven experience in implementing quality policies & procedures, and strong knowledge of QA principles & statistical tools; ideally in an environment including both electronics hardware & software development through product builds and shipment. Proficiency with HALT/HASS testing and statistical improvement methodologies strongly preferred.

Qualifications:
  • BS in an Engineering field.
  • 3+ years of experience performing quality assurance functions within an advance technology organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of QA principles, procedures, tools, and process improvement methodologies (DFX/Design for Manufacturability, Lean/Six Sigma, Root Cause & Corrective Action, AS9100, ISO 9000).
  • Experienced in the effective utilization of statistical methods & software in both manufacturing & design verification environments.
  • Strong data-driven records management and control skills.
