looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IdAM) engineer who will be responsible for developing, securing, deploying, and maintaining IdAM solutions. These solutions encompass several interrelated functions to include: Credentialing, Digital Identity, Authorization, Authentication, Privilege Management, Cryptography, Auditing, and Reporting. The candidate will operate as part of a larger operations team supporting enterprise IT services for a nation-wide customer base.

Job Responsibilities:

Level 2 (Intermediate Level) IT Support for applications and infrastructure systems. Diagnose and resolve problems independently.
Data quality control. Error diagnosis and resolution. Event auditing. Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and peers outside of the organization. Administrative work managing sensitive information about identity and credentials.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience

3+ years of relevant work experience.

Ability to obtain a "Q" Level Clearance, so active TS/SCI strongly preferred

Other Job Specific Skills

Ability to communicate effectively and exceptional customer service skills. Ideal candidate is someone that has worked on a helpdesk for a few years and is ready for the next level. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously. Independent worker who can diagnose and resolve problems on their own and possess the capacity to operate as part of a larger team. Strong verbal and written communication skills that work effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
