The Real Estate Sales Rep will help maintain and grow Mogul Realtors®’ existing business opportunities within our geographical area to expand our sales opportunities. Typical responsibilities include the following:
Cold calls using calling software.
Input up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data.
Convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently.
Track monthly performance and sales key metrics to ensure goals are met.
Attend weekly meetings with CEO.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
We are searching for a Real Estate Sales Rep who has some sales or related experience. The position is 10 hours per week $15/hour.
Requirements include:
Some college in a relevant field strongly preferred.
1-2 years of related sales experience strongly preferred.
A strong client service approach with excellent follow-up.
Demonstrated experience working in a remote team.
Entrepreneurial style.
Friendly, easy to work with interpersonal style.
Quality writing, research, and data input skills.
Attention to detail.
Creative, innovative approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and social media content experience.
Flexible approach and enthusiasm for new learning.
