Graphic Designer

Seeking a freelance graphic designer to work on premises until deemed to be qualified to work alone without art direction. Must be proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat. There may also be requests for editing in Adobe Premiere but this is not a requirement and can be taught. Please provide portfolio/samples. This will be a freelance position but could eventually become full time. Pay will be hourly. The hourly rate will increase or decrease depending on the speed/experience the applicant demonstrates while designing real assignments. I have the experience level listed as "entry" because your portfolio speaks more to me about your talent more than your years in the business. Please provide your desired hourly rate. If you are talented with not much experience and would like to learn from an award winning, but very humble, experienced Creative Director this would be a great opportunity.
