This position is in the Human Resources department and participates in the professional growth of current and future team members. We are interested in hiring high performing employees through recruiting websites, employee referrals, working with local schools, on-site recruiting and other resources. This position will contact candidates and confirms interview schedules. Checks candidates work history, competency, and other qualifications. Makes offers and conducts orientation for new employees. Assists in developing interview questions with hiring manager. Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status. Bachelor or Associate degree in human resources is preferred.
