We have immediate openings for experienced associates at our Frederick dealership.Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of parts department experience, preferably in a truck dealership or truck aftermarket environment. Must have a high school degree or equivalent. Position requires excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, attention to detail, and basic PC skills.POSITION OVERVIEW
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner
Fulfill customers walk-in or phone orders
Quickly, accurately, and professionally respond to customer requests
Manage orders from inventory, parts orders, and special orders
Maintain accurate records for pricing, stock levels, invoices, and customer needs
Organize and maintain the counter and parts display areas
Assist in warehouse management as needed
