BryceTech is currently looking for a Logistics Analyst III. This position will be supporting Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical, Biological Radiological Nuclear Defense – Medical. This role will provide logistical analysis support to Government project leads for CONUS and OCONUS missions, to include travel when needed.The person in this role will:Serve as a liaison between the requiring office, various manufacturing/support contractors, and other program officesCoordinate fielding activities with the gaining services, which may require traveling to the receiving unit locations to act as the program office representative during the fielding process and conducting an on-site 100% inventory and functional check of all equipmentPerform fielding analyses for programs in order to provide input into Materiel Fielding Plans (MFPs), Materiel Fielding Agreement (MFAs) and development of system support packagesUpdate, track, and report the status of support strategies, fielding documentation, provisioning plans, and other Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) documentationTrack fielding events by maintaining an up-to-date fielding schedule for all systems and negotiating an equipment fielding schedule with all appropriate partiesParticipate in pre-fielding teleconferences and meetings to ensure all gaining unit questions are answered and program office requirements are metProvide input to support development and update of training materials and user guides pertaining to the transition of fielded systemsConduct net and refresher training to deploying forces in both CONUS and OCONUS sitesCoordinate and execute fielding In-Progress Reviews (IPRs) on a scheduled basisIdentify any issues with fielding events and recommend solutionsPrepare issue documents and fielding reports for higher headquartersAssess reliability of fielded systems based on maintenance or field surveys for their program officeMaintain an electronic library of:Fieldings for property accountability and compliance with policy and DOD RegulationsContract deliverables, ensuring that the deliverable review process is completed monthlyParticipate and represent the program office in various Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)Participate in or conduct weekly meetings to confirm and verify the status of systems fielded and their sustainment activitiesReview, process, coordinate comments on, and track action items from various meetingsResearch and respond to fielding inquiries and tasksNegotiate an equipment fielding schedule with major commands, g- 3 force modernization/integration, and gaining commandsPerform post-fielding sustainment actionsConduct Total Package Fielding (TPF) of systems in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 700-142 or other service-specific proceduresPrepare and conduct new material introductory briefsCreate, update, and maintain various support agreements (i.e., Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Field Service Agreements (FSAs), Memorandums of Need (MONs), and MFAsAttend and provide input to the logistics IPR, comprised of service stakeholders, specific expertise from required logistics elements, and government and contractor representativesPrepare all Next Generation Diagnostic System (NGDS) logistics related issue documentsExperience developing Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP)
