GCC Printing & Graphics, a thriving woman-owned small business with over 37 years of experience, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Full-Time Client Services Representative to join our team!
As the face of our company, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service. You'll greet clients, answer phone inquiries, handle orders across various channels (phone, email, in-person, website), and create detailed work orders.
Here's what you'll do:
Be the welcoming first impression for our clients at the front counter.
Answer phone calls, address customer needs, and route inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Process orders through various channels and create comprehensive work orders.
Manage invoicing and payments using QuickBooks Online and online payment systems.
Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status and pickup.
Collaborate with the team to keep the shop clean and organized.
Bonus Points: Experience with QuickBooks, knowledge of printing terminology and processes, and understanding of paper types and finishes.
