Ideal candidates will have at least five (5) years' experience in the construction industry, possess knowledge of Quickbooks and Zoho CRM, and will be proficient in performing AIA documents and ROLs for subcontractor payments.
NOTE: Candidates will be required to demonstrate competency regarding AIA documents prior to the scheduling of an interview.
Essential and Primary Responsibilities:
Accurate tracking and application of job costs on a weekly basis, including updating estimates
Management of accounts receivable and A/R-related deliverables, including AIA continuation and change orders
Preparation of lien waivers and verification releases
Ensuring up to date projection sheets for all ongoing projects
Proactive and timely communication with management
Will report directly to Finance Department
Skills/Capabilities:
Data entry including, but not limited to, receivables, job estimates, invoices, etc.
Processing of payments
Record-keeping, including scanning documents
Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Zoho CRM (or similar)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
