Directly inform the Manager when issues arise
Distribute the daily mail to the appropriate secretaries
Efficiently deliver files upon request
Develop and oversee case files
Accurately manage all court and discover documents, whether paper or electronically filed
Access information for attorneys and other legal staff upon request
Perform rush filing jobs as requested
Daily pickup of documents from assigned locations
Produce, assemble, and maintain all files and loose documents using Document and Records Management programs
Request retrievals of files from storage
Provide assistance to the Records team when necessary
Complete filing tasks based on priority
Requirements - Enterprise document management experience highly preferred
Adeptness in Basic Life Insurance
Background working with Document Management
Financial Records experience preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Document Review
Experience with Account Records
Earlier work involving document production
Comprehensive knowledge of Account Records
General familiarity with Document Review
Proficiency in Electronic Records
Practical knowledge of Electronic Document Management
Department Records experience
Ability to use multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
High attention to detail
Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data
Strong organization skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Relevant work experience required and legal background preferable
