Property Manager - Seasonal or full-time if desired

Vacation rental company seeks a detail oriented, energetic person to fill property manager position. This could be seasonal (March - October) or it could convert to a full-time position for the right person. We are really in need of full-time seasonal but would consider year round for the right person. You must have ALL of the following qualities: 1. Incredibly strong communication skills. 2. Excellent recent work history (unless a current student). 3. You must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday April - October. 4. Must be computer savvy and be able to navigate a computer/smart phone quickly and efficiently. 5. Both you and your transportantion must be very reliable. 6. You should be located in or very close to Ocean City. This role requires leadership, self-motivation and a take charge person who can think and react very quickly. Good grammar/writing skills are mandatory. The job is a combination of working in the office inputting new properties, taking reservations, working with VRBO and Airbnb, etc. and also running around OC visiting and inspecting properties. We use "Barefoot Technologies" software so a huge plus if you are familiar with this system. The best part is you get to work at the beach! $20 per hour plus bonuses to start, perhaps more if highly experienced. This is not a remote position and you will be working physically in Ocean City.
