Shore Painting & Restoration is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team! We need someone to step into an administrative and light project management role to keep our operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Administrative Support – Answer phones, schedule meetings, and manage emails.
Project Coordination – Assist with scheduling, job tracking, and client communication.
Billing & Invoicing – Track invoices, process payments, and handle basic bookkeeping.
Social Media Management – Help with posting updates and engaging with clients online.
General Office Tasks – Order supplies, keep records organized, and support the team as needed.
