We're looking for Cultivation Technicians to help nurture and grow strong, healthy plants. You’ll be hands-on in every stage of plant growth—from propagation to harvest—working in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plant Life Care:
- Topping and bottoming plants
- Transplanting and defoliating
- Training plants according to standard practices
- Working with various grow media
- Scouting for signs of disease or pests
- Adhering to national cultivation standards and protocols
Harvest Support:
- Prepping grow rooms for harvest
- Harvesting and breaking down plants
- Defoliating and hanging plants to dry
- Cleaning flower and drying rooms between harvests
Sanitation & Facility Maintenance:
- Sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning
- Cleaning plant containers and tables
- Maintaining cleanliness of all cultivation tools and equipment
- Reporting equipment or facility issues to management promptly
Safety & Compliance:
- Stay alert to potential hazards in the workspace
- Follow all area safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Complete and maintain required training
- Accurately complete compliance documentation
- Follow GMP, sanitation, and biosecurity standards
- Maintain and calibrate tools/machinery as directed
- Promptly report any safety or quality concerns
Working Conditions:
- Regular physical activity: reaching, bending, standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods while maintaining focus
- Work in hot, humid environments (85+ degrees, 70% humidity) for extended periods
- Daily exposure to allergens (e.g, tree nuts, coconut oil)
- Comfortable working at heights (6–8 feet) using catwalks, ladders, and scaffolds
- Fast-paced, physically demanding, and evolving work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or certifications preferred
- Prior cultivation or agricultural experience is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Dependable, adaptable, and team-oriented
Additional Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must possess a valid state-issued ID
- Must be able to obtain and maintain legal state credentials (includes background check and state review)
