The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of construction experience, preferably from a General Contractor (GC). Assist with Requests for Information (RFI's)
Learn and complete daily reports
Support project management tasks
Coordinate with various project stakeholders
Essential Skills
1-3 years of construction experience
Experience with submittals and RFI's
Knowledge in design, commercial construction, estimation, and project engineering
Understanding of mechanical engineering concepts
Proficiency in project management and construction management
Familiarity with construction programming/software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in project coordination and change orders
Experience in construction programming/software is a plus
