KDSKoniag Data Solutions, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Contract Program Manager with a Public Trust Clearance to support KDS and our government customer in Bethesda, MD.We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.Work Hours:Services are to be provided between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (remain flexible) Monday through Friday unless otherwise specified.Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties may include but are not limited to:

Shall ensure the optimal performance of the Occupational Medical Services (OMS) clinics and the Employee Assistance Program (EAP/Behavior Health) office with emphasis on customer services, continuous quality control and improvement, excellent Communication skills and strict adherence to established Occupational Medical Services procedures.

Shall ensure staff maintain qualifications through training, continuing education, and staff development.

Shall ensure that clinics are staffed with qualified personnel, capable of meeting the needs of the NIH OMS environment. Ensuring requisite staffing levels are met.

Shall recruit and retain qualified staff, ensuring critical vacancies are filled with qualified staff.

Manages staff effectively.

Ensures broad and deep staff awareness of OMS mission and services.

Shall ensure that the staff work as a cohesive team and focus on providing exemplary occupational medical support with compassion.

Shall develop short-term and long-term strategic plans for quality control and improvement.

Shall meet with the Medical Director, Chief Nurse (and others as warranted) on a weekly basis to review the clinic activities.

Shall visit and assess the services provided at each satellite clinic at least once a year. This includes local travel to Maryland sites as well as other sites within the Continental United States.

Shall provide operational and administrative updates (both written and electronic) on a weekly basis to the federal government customer.

Collects and analyzes data relevant to clinical, operational and customer support.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This is a supervisory position.

Minimum Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, Education:

A degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required (with a background in business administration or health service administration is preferred).

Certification as a Program management Professional (PMP) is required.

Experience managing a large federal contract is required.

A minimum of three years supervisory experience in healthcare or personnel services is required.

Candidate must have the ability to pass a Public Trust Tier 4 investigation.

Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills

Superior ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Strong leadership skills and experience working with a diverse group.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task; ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
