Manufacturing Associate III candidates to join a large biopharma organization in

Baltimore County, MD. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity with sign-on bonus included and flexible shift hours!

Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate III include: • Work with MS&T and development groups to assist with tech-transfer, scale-up, and translation activities. • Lead one or more areas of upstream manufacturing as directed. • Utilize aseptic technique, cell culture technique, and operate bioreactors to support upstream activities. • Execute and monitor manufacturing processes including mammalian, microbial, and fill-finish production facilities. • Operate large-scale centrifuges, washers, and autoclaves; weigh and dispense raw materials for media and buffers. • Operate bench-scale equipment including pH, conductivity, osmo meters, pumps, tubing welders, and/or filter integrity testers. • Dispense, label, and transfer/stage raw materials and parts. • Assembly, disassembly, cleaning, and sterilization of parts and equipment. • Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) department to execute corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs) as needed. • Work with manufacturing manager and supervisor to develop and maintain training materials. • Adhere to GMP and Quality standards to ensure compliance, accuracy, and safety.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Associate III include: • Required experience varies by degree: o Associate degree or HS Diploma and 6+ years of upstream biologic production processes in a GMP environment o Bachelor of Science and 4+ years of upstream biologic production processes in a GMP environment o Master of Science and 2+ years of upstream biologic production processes in a GMP environment • Extensive experience with aseptic technique, mammalian and microbial cell culture, fermentation/bioreactors, and GMP compliance is required.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Associate III includes: • Salary Range: approximately $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus sign-on bonus up to $6,000 • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holiday, OT Pay, Sign-on bonus
