Manufacturing Associate III candidates to join a large biopharma organization in

Baltimore County, MD. This is a permanent, direct hire opportunity with sign-on bonus included and flexible shift hours!

Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate III include: • Work with MS&T and development groups to assist with tech-transfer, scale-up, and translation activities. • Prepare small and large volume media and buffer solutions, filtration, ad transfer of product. • Collaborate with Quality Control (QC) department to submit in-process samples and coordinate environmental monitoring (EM) when needed. • Initiate non-conformances, participate in investigations, and execute corrective and preventative actions (CAPAs). • Review and adhere to GMP guidelines and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. • Draft and revise manufacturing documents, SOPs, Batch Records, and Validation Protocols. • Collaborate with engineering groups to validate GMP production equipment. • Assemble, prepare, and maintain process equipment including chromatography skids, columns, TFF systems, and ancillary equipment.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Associate III include: • Required experience varies by degree: o Associate degree or HS Diploma and 6+ years of downstream GMP production and purification experience o Bachelor of Science and 4+ years of downstream GMP production and purification experience o Master of Science and 2+ years of downstream GMP production and purification experience • Extensive experience with aseptic processing, chromatography, TFF, Final Formulation, and buffer preparation processes under GMP compliance.

Compensation for the Manufacturing Associate III includes: • Salary Range: approximately $75,000 - $85,000 annually, plus sign-on bonus up to $6,000 • Full Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Paid Holiday, Overtime, Sign-on Bonus
