We are a fast-growing recycling company looking for a motivated, ambitious and safe route driver to serve 3-5 routes per week
Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform Daily pre-&post truck inspections
Pick-ups from designated drop centers
Maintain drop centers keeping them clean & free of clutter
Accurately record data & communicate results with the manager
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Valid DOT medical exam certificate
Clean Abstract report from MVA – No driving violations within the past 3 years
Must be able to work night shifts
Must be able to work up to 9-12-hour per day
Must be able to perform strenuous physical activities including repetitive movement, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience driving box trucks ranging in sizes from 16-24ft
Route driver will be required to take a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test and will be subject to random testing in the future (we have a zero-tolerance policy)
Route drivers will be required to submit a background check
Must be able to read and write in English and perform routine math calculations
Route drivers must follow all safety policies & procedures established by the company
Must at all times obey state driving laws and drive safe
