We are a TWIC escort company operating at the Port of Baltimore. We are seeking a full time, qualified dispatcher to connect our team of escorts with truck drivers who do not possess a TWIC card and need to gain entry into the port.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 2 years dispatching experience preferred
MUST have a TWIC card (if you do not have a TWIC card do not apply)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Ability to multitask
A positive attitude and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment
Experience in the trucking industry
Excellent computer skills
Punctual and reliable
Duties:
Plan, arrange and dispatch TWIC escorts to drivers who need an escort
Provide informed directions and specific instructions for driver and escorts
Provide continuous monitoring of all escorts and drivers in the field and in port
Maintain professional relationships with customers via phone, text and email
Motivate and manage escorts and provide technical support when needed
