We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team.Job Requirements:As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems in residential properties. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that HVAC systems are installed efficiently and in compliance with all safety and industry standards. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.Key Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.- Conduct system inspections and identify potential issues or necessary repairs.- Collaborate with team members to assess job requirements and ensure proper installation techniques.- Explain HVAC system features and maintenance to homeowners, ensuring they understand how to operate their systems effectively.- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards during installation and service work.- Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally.- Stay updated on the latest HVAC technologies, techniques, and industry trends.Qualifications:- Minimum of Six (6) years of experience in residential HVAC installations- Valid HVAC technician certification or relevant licenses as required by state/local regulations.- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations.- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Physical Requirements:- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various physical conditions.- Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and on roofs as necessary.- Willingness to work overtime and be on-call as needed.Benefits:- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Retirement savings plan with company match.- Paid time off and holidays.- Opportunities for professional development and continuing education.- Company-provided tools, uniforms, and vehicle for work-related travel.Honest Abe Home Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
