new HVAC company looking to work under Master HVAC license

New HVAC company is looking to work under the license on an existing HVAC Master license holder. We have currently have a Master HVAC technician with us but he does not want to use his license. Price is negotiable and we are looking for at least a 2 year minimum contract for usage. When required we would be pulling permits in Baltimore City, Baltimore Count, Harford Country and Anne Arundel County.
