Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator & Aggregate Dryer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and maintaining aggregate dryers and loaders efficiently and safely. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to quality in concrete production processes.
Duties:
-Operate and monitor aggregate dryers to ensure proper drying of materials used in concrete production.
-Conduct routine inspections of the dryer system to identify and address any issues or malfunctions promptly.
-Coordinate with production team to ensure a steady supply of dried aggregates for concrete mixing.
-Operate front-end loaders to transport raw materials, such as aggregates, sand, and cement, within the production site.
-Safely load and unload materials into designated areas, bins, or hoppers using proper equipment and techniques.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the loading area and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Previous equipment/loader operating experience.
-Proven experience operating aggregate dryers and loaders in a concrete production or similar industrial setting.
-Stamina to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
Pay Rate/Schedule:
$20.00 - $25.00 hourly depending on experience.
Monday - Friday (2:30pm - 11:30pm)
