Salon chair inside of a salon available for lease

The salon is located in Charles Village and is very well kept, up to date and in a heavily traveled commercial area. I’m looking for a responsible and licensed stylist to lease a chair for a year. The stylist would have 24 hour access to the property allowing him/ her to set their own schedule. The weekly chair rent is $250.00
