We’re looking for someone who is passionate about their craft and wants to be at the forefront of industry trends.
M Salon is located in the heart of Federal Hill, that makes it the ideal situation for someone looking to build their book with lots of walk-ins and online bookings.
Requirements:
Maintain an active Cosmetology license
Stay up-to-date and continuously train on the latest hair and product trends to offer cutting-edge services.
Provide an excellent client experience, consistently delivering remarkable customer service to build client loyalty.
Promote your work on Instagram, showcasing your skills and attracting new clients.
Have a Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating personalized experiences for clients
Comprehensive understanding of cosmetology principles, techniques, and practices.
Excellent hospitality skills to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
We offer:
Generous Commission Pay Outs (50% 60%)
Low Color Charges
Product Commissions
Compensation example:
Weekly Service commission $2,200 x 60% = $1,320.00
Total avg. Weekly color and misc supply charges: -$78.90
Net Pay: $1,241.10
Hiring Bonuses are available for experienced Stylist's who have an existing book of business.
