We are hiring for two different positions.
#1: The first position is the Sales Position as a Remodeling Consultants for our organization. You must be good with people and have a no pressure approach when dealing with our potential clientele to be able to obtain this position. We are a no hassle company and focus on volume instead of high pressure sales. This position pays on average $1,350 commission per customer sold with an average of 2-3 customers sold per week. Totaling roughly $2,700-$4,050 per week which comes out to roughly $11,700-$17,550 per month and $140,400-$210,600 per year with consistency and steady focus on volume. This position requires you to introduce the company and services to local prospects and to present preset prices for our services. This is a no-hassle approach as we do not do high pressure sales. Our mission is to brand the company by letting the community know that we exist and are here for their needs when they’re ready to get any renovations done. With volume, the sales come, no need to be pushy or try to pressure anyone. Also, our systems will have you look like a professional in the industry within days of starting your new career.
You must be self driven, have goals that you want to achieve, be accountable for your own area management and production. You also must present well, speak well and be willing to be persistent and consistent on a daily basis, 5 days a week. Must have a valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle. We don’t babysit, we are serious about our money making so please only apply if you’re serious about making money too. There are only 8 of these positions available at the moment.
#2: The second position is the Sales Manager Position. The sales manager must be willing and able to perform canvass to close methods and live examples for individuals to follow while building a team of canvass to closers. This position can lead to a dealer ownership role after 6 months of proven success. Each dealership is allowed to have up to 8 representatives within each location. The sales manager’s role is to prove that they can execute the role that they are hiring and training individuals into. It is the sales managers responsibility to recruit, train and hire to meet the locations growth goals. This position pays very well and exact numbers will not be discussed until the interview process to avoid animosity between sales, representatives and sales managers. However; I can tell you that when the position is executed by the right individual, it generates a monthly income of $15,000-$30,000 per month with a yearly income between $180,000 per year and $360,000.
