Job Description:
As a Direct Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling DNA kits to a wide range of clients, including individuals, families, and organizations. You will actively seek out new sales opportunities, engage potential customers, and close deals. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
Responsibilities:
Promote and sell DNA testing kits to potential clients
Identify and engage with prospective customers through various channels (in-person, social media, phone, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Attend training sessions and stay up to date on product knowledge
Qualifications:
Proven experience in direct sales or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Self-motivated and results-driven
Basic knowledge of DNA testing is a plus (training will be provided)
Must be comfortable working on a commission-only basis
