Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented remote sales consultant to support our sales initiatives across various markets. You will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing property transactions — all from the comfort of your home. This role is perfect for self-starters with a passion for real estate and a strong sales background.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and virtual networking.

Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospective clients.

Conduct virtual consultations with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand their real estate needs.

Present and promote available properties and services to clients.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate property showings, documentation, and closings.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of all interactions using CRM tools.

Stay updated on real estate trends and market conditions relevant to assigned territories.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales; real estate sales experience is highly preferred.

Valid real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, if required by your region).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively in a remote environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
