YourSpace Storage is looking for a motivated, outgoing and friendly leasing specialist to add to its growing team.
The ideal candidate will have prior customer service and/or sales experience and cash handling experience. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is required.

Role and Responsibilities
Maintain high occupancy rates by leasing storage units.
Answer all calls that come into the leasing office in a professional and friendly manner, providing appropriate information to the caller. Must attempt to set up an appointment with every prospect.
Present the features and benefits of the property to all prospects during email and phone conversations and while touring the property.
Greet all visitors and tour the property, showing appropriate vacant units.
Return calls left on the voice mail system upon opening the office, returning all calls as quickly as possible or referring messages to the correct individual.
Prepare Lease Agreements, move-in packets, and other documents for new customers.
Scan and file all correspondence in lease files.
Send thank you emails to prospects within 24 hours of their visit and hand-written thank you cards to prospects within 48 hours of their visit. Schedule regular follow-ups with prospects according to company policies & procedures.
Schedule truck rentals and inspect and clean rental trucks upon return.
Make collections calls daily, post payments, and process daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
Present a neat and professional appearance at all times.
Keep the property clean and maintained to high standards.
Perform daily lock checks.
Promote retail items including moving and packing supplies, locks, and other items.
Other duties as assigned.
