Assistant Property Manager - Affordable Housing

Large management company seeks "experienced" Affordable Housing Assistant Manager. MUST have experience in income certifications. MUST know how to complete a Project Based Section 50059 or 50058 income certification and LIHTC - Low Income Housing Tax Credit Certification.
