· Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
· Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
· Maintain accurate records and files.
· Assist with project coordination and follow-up.
· Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
· Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
· Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
· High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
Part Time 15-20 hours per week ($20 an hour)
