Seeking full or part time administrative assistant for a small, growing local real estate team.
No real estate experience necessary but talent is.
Individual must be highly self-motivated, self-directed, hard working, really, really smart and preferably techie!
Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Creating marketing materials (flyers, postcards, etc.)
Monitoring tasks and timelines in getting deals from contract to close
Managing appointments schedules
Creating invoices
Submitting commission requests
Performing real estate searches and creating reports
CRM management
Input listings into various marketing platforms
Maintain a payables and receivables spreadsheet
Post to social media
Complete various templated forms: contracts, letters of intent, leases, etc.
