Venable LLP is seeking a flexible and detail-oriented individual for an exciting Practice Group Assistant (PGA) opportunity! The PGA will provide administrative support to our Labor and Employment Litigation practice group in our Baltimore, MD office.
This role will work 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
The ideal candidate will be responsible for
Providing administrative and document production support to administrative and legal staff
Providing telephone and reception coverage
Duties including but not limited to: filing, copying and scanning, ordering supplies, expense reimbursements, scheduling conference rooms and travel arrangements, timesheet entry, and submission of invoices
The successful candidate will demonstrate
A minimum of one year of related experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle high volume filing
Ability to prioritize work and manage workflow
Ability to learn new tasks and technologies
