We are a property management company, looking for an independent (1099) Handyman/ Technician for time-to-time projects on residential properties in all major cities of Maryland.
This is not a permanent position. We get projects/repair requests from time to time. It starts with providing an estimate with supporting photos and completion of jobs upon approval of the estimate. Most of our projects include drywall, plumbing repair, electric repair, painting, door replacement, flooring, etc.
