Position Overview:
The Live-In Assistant Manager will reside on-site and oversee daily operations, cooking dinner daily, and ensure smooth functioning of the property. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach to maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations, cooking dinner daily, serving medicine to clients and resident/client support.
Maintain communication with residents/clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and state/local guidelines.
Assist with administrative tasks such as record-keeping, inventory, and reporting.
Provide after-hours support and emergency response when required.
Contribute to a positive and respectful community environment.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage staff, resolve conflicts, and handle responsibilities independently.
Must be reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent service.
Comfortable with live-in accommodations provided by the employer.
