Busy Bel Air lawn care company needs a Crew Chief to round out our second crew.
Well Qualified Applicants Should:
- be at least 21 years old
- have a valid driver's license
- have experience towing a landscape trailer (up to 16') behind a pick-up truck
- have a minimum of 3 years experience using commercial lawn equipment
- be well experienced in providing exceptional service and job product in the lawn care field
- be dedicated to providing customers with the absolute highest level of service possible
- be able to manage a team of 2-3 crew members
- have transportation to & from work in Bel Air, MD (Harford County)
- be capable of arriving to work on time (this is a must)
- be in close proximity to the Bel Air area (this is a plus)
We are looking for someone to start ASAP.
We will train a qualified applicant who possesses: the skills & ability to fill this position, an ability to keep up in a fast paced environment without sacrificing safety or quality & a positive attitude and a willingness to do it "our way."
