RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Assist patients through their appointment experience from the point of check-in to the point of check-out, including answering questions, scheduling appointments, or redirecting patients to the appropriate staff.
Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow up on patient care.
Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including but not limited to filing paperwork, faxing documents, and scanning patient records into the electronic medical records system.
Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests and taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature.
Prepare treatment rooms for clinical examinations and assist practitioners with medical procedures and other patient care.
Ensure compliance with all health care regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.

Customer service: 1 year (Required)
Medical Knowledge: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Office/Google Workspace: 1 year (Required)
Electronic health record (EHR) systems (Preferred)
Interpersonal skills (in-person and phone)
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent & relevant certification or equivalent experience
REQUIREMENT
Must be 18 years old
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
WORK LOCATION
In person
