Join our team at Advanced Centers of the Specially Enabled (CASE), where we are dedicated to supporting individuals with intellectual, developmental, and behavioral differences in a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.
We are currently seeking Direct Support Personnel to provide hands-on assistance, companionship, and support to our special community members.
What We’re Looking For:
Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged to apply
Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with behavioral health needs preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct care or similar support role
Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently
Background in special education, caregiving, or behavioral support a plus
What You’ll Do:
Assist participants with daily living skills, social activities, and personal goals
Promote a positive, respectful, and engaging environment
Collaborate with team members and families to support individualized care plans
Provide support during community outings and center-based activities
Maintain documentation and ensure participant safety at all times
