Responsible for seeing 15 patients a week, overseeing a staff of 8 psychotherapists, approximately five of which need clinical supervision.
Provide clinical supervision.
Over time develop guidelines for onboarding, clinical documentation.
Liason with admin staff and med mgmt providers.
Have a positive attitude and boost morale.
Flexible hours, positive, upbeat staff, little oversight.
MUST BE A SELF STARTER.
