Lebanese Taverna Group is seeking a highly motivated Manager for its Baltimore restaurant.
The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of:
- Inspiring and motivating others to succeed in the goal of Guest Delight
- Training and utilizing service skills such as Suggestive Selling
- Conducting daily pre-shifts meetings and training procedures
- Implementing a cost control system and maintaining costs within guidelines
- Delivering to set goals
- Running weekly and biweekly reports including payrolls
- Effectively communicating with employees, guests and co-workers
- Maintaining food service sanitation and safety requirements
- Fostering teamwork, leadership, and the joy of hospitality in everyone
