Lebanese Taverna Restaurants Group is seeking a highly motivated Manager for its Baltimore location.
The candidate will lead a full-service restaurant that is casual in nature, and serves outstanding Lebanese food, that is influenced by the best of the Mediterranean and the Middle Eastern cultures. The qualified candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ successful experience in restaurant management and a proven track record of:
- Inspiring and motivating others to succeed in the goal of Guest Delight
- Training and utilizing service skills such as Suggestive Selling
- Conducting daily pre-shifts meetings and training procedures
- Implementing a cost control system and maintaining costs within guidelines
- Delivering to set goals
- Running weekly and biweekly reports including payrolls
- Effectively communicating with employees, guests and co-workers
- Maintaining food service sanitation and safety requirements
- Fostering teamwork, leadership, and the joy of hospitality in everyone
