Toki Underground is an award winning, 90-seat restaurant located on Greenmount Ave in Baltimore, MD. We’re an Izakaya & Ramen bar serving up delicious food, drinks and great energy. We are currently looking for a Runner/Barback to join our team with experience in high volume, customer facing, fast paced environments a plus and good character and willingness to learn even more so! Familiarity with Asian cuisine a plus. We are looking for someone that loves food, can rise to a challenge and work well with a small team. Somos un Izakaya & Bar de ramen que sirve deliciosa comida, bebidas y mucha energía. Actualmente estamos buscando un corredor/barback para unirse a nuestro equipo con experiencia en gran volumen, atención al cliente, entornos de ritmo rápido, un plus, buen carácter y disposición para aprender aún más. La familiaridad con la cocina asiática es una ventaja. Buscamos a alguien que ame la comida, que pueda afrontar un desafío y trabajar bien con un equipo pequeño. Expectations:
At least 3 years of restaurant experience
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. or more
Open availability is preferred (weekdays & weekends)
Provide excellent hospitality to guests and emphasis on selling
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to work with a team
Someone who shows initiative and displays positive energy
