Looking for a customer service professional to join our team on the popular Hamden strip in Baltimore. The neighborhood is fun and lively with lots of shopping and activities.
This is a great opportunity for someone with Management and Serving experience. The right candidate would be available for 2 or 3 AM manager shifts during the week and 2 or 3 serving shifts. This person would be level headed with attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Managers are responsible for guest experience first and often assist in multiple sections of the restaurant during any given shift. Tasks may include, but are not limeted to. Assisting with orders, assisting with schedules, Printing daily menus, Table touching to ensure customers experience, running food, adjusting checks, counting drawers, handling issues and finding solutions during your shift.
