- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (3+ year’s hands-on experience)
- Experience working with Azure AD (Active Directory) and Microsoft 365 Security Tools including DLP (Data Leakage Protection), data classification/marking tools, ATP (Advanced threat protection).
- Experience with Onedrive and Teams.
- Knowledge of data migration tools such as Quest, Sharegate or ADFS and how they are used to migrate information from legacy software to Office 365 implementations
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint (3+ years hands on experience) including design, development, deployment, administration and end user support of business solutions utilizing a SharePoint infrastructure
- Basic knowledge of data and information security: Knowledge of PII and sensitive PII, impact of Federal legislative mandates such as FERPA (student data) and/or HIPPA (patient data), different types of encryption (in transit, at rest, etc.), basic knowledge of data security best practices
- Good teamwork and communication skills, and experience in corporate training.
- Individual needs to be self-motivated and able to work through occasional challenges in a loosely structured environment.
