Description:Working in both the Pandora and TransAmerica building in downtown baltimore - M-F 8:30-5:30Responsible for the day-to-day building operations including responding to tenant requests, performing repairs and preventative maintenance of building systemsPerform troubleshooting, repairs, adjustments and preventative maintenance to all building systems including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical and finishes. Perform basic preventative building and grounds maintenance. Coordinate and monitor access for subcontractors performing maintenance or repair workLight repairs with plumbing- shutting off water in certain areas of the building to work on the sinks and toilets
Changing door knobs, changing light and lighting ballacesMaintain all tools, parts and supplies in an organized manner. Inform the Chief Building Technician of any needs for replacement, restocking or repair of itemsSkills:commercial building, HVAC, building maintenance, plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, stationary engineer, PMsTop Skills Details:commercial building,HVAC,building maintenanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:They are very willing to train, would like them to be strong in one of the 3 main trades (HVAC, plumber, electrical) would prefer strong HVAC over the other 2
