• Interact with customers to gather scope information and perform analysis on gathered business requirements (Both functional & non-functional).
• Understand the project objective and client requirement by going through the specifications and perform impact analysis.
• Participate in the high-level estimation activities and review it with supervisor in order to plan for required budget, timeline and ensure deliverables in proposed timeline.
• Ensure the requirements are specific enough to do design and build.
• Prepare high- and low-level design documents, provide pseudo code and implement the prototype.
• Participate in design reviews with architecture and tech team.
• Provide permanent solutions to fill the current design gaps.
• Develop and deliver MSTR-BI solutions such as Report Service Documents, Reports-Dataset, cubes, dashboards, ad hoc data access solutions using best practices
• Design and deploy rich Graphic visualizations with Drill Down and Drop-down menu option.
• Designed an efficient BI Dashboard for the Company Executives, through efficient use of BI Report Services involving multiple datasets.
• Involve in Customer Support, Maintenance Performance tuning of the project.
• Extensively used Pass through Functions to meet the Complex end user requirements.
• Review the code base and make sure all the requirements are met.
• Perform component testing, performance testing and signoff the code release for testing stage in order to build the application conforming to project standards and requirements.
• Take end-to-end ownership of every critical initiative by leading and managing offshore team.
• Client interfacing, issues escalations, interaction with offshore counterpart, ensure that they are kept updated regularly and support supervisor in client interactions and reporting to the customer on the identified parameters on a regular basis.
• Support and coach peers as and when required on specific technical competencies.
• Induct the newly joined team member about the project, knowledge transfers on Technical and Domain knowledge related to the project, provide shadow support till they come up-to the speed with other team members in the project
• Provide timely updates on the project status to the supervisor.
• Build repository of team collective knowledge, seek information and leverage knowledge from other projects in order to drive higher efficiency & effectiveness, prepare knowledge artifacts on application, domain and technology.

• Preparing data for use by MSTR, establishing connections to Data Sources, Adding or Creating Dimensions, Measures and Calculations
• Perform all build activities using MSTR technology and Bug fixes, Issue resolutions and Configuration management
• Unit Testing and assist code migration.
