Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage and oversee residential construction and remodeling projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Estimating: Prepare detailed project estimates, including cost analysis for materials and labor, to produce competitive and profitable bids.
Coordination: Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and outstanding results.
Site Management: Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure safety compliance, and uphold company standards.

Qualifications
