Greenway Homes, Inc. based in Annapolis, MD is currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage substantial rehab projects at various locations. Duties include creating project work scope, working with architect on development of job specs and drawings, building project cost estimates, collecting bids and contracting with subcontractors, managing labor and materials, handling all permitting required, coordinating workflow, maintaining job logs, attending payment and permit inspections and maintaining detailed job progress charts. Candidate must be detail oriented, have good communication skills, be proficient with computer software programs such as Excel and Word, and be able to read blueprints/plans. Some remote work available. College degree and three years experience preferred.
Salary range: $65,000 - $85,000
