Carpenter/helper

I am looking to hire a carpenter and a helper. Most of my work is interior remodeling, kitchens and bathrooms. Most of my work is in AA County. I am very particular when it comes to appearance and cleanliness, so if you are a messy worker please don't apply. Carpenter must have 10 years of experience, helpers must have general knowledge of the field. Must have own transportation, must speak English, pay based on experience and is 1099. And must be willing to work overtime.
